Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager II for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote-US role involves end-to-end trial execution from start-up to closeout, with strong CRO/vendor oversight and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with global teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive study milestones in a high-accountability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience within clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience in inflammation therapeutic area and Phase 2b studies.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study in a sponsor-dedicated, remote US environment.
• Independently run day-to-day study operations across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Oversee vendor and CRO performance, timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional meetings to drive accountability.
