Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to oversee Procurement, Replenishment, and Logistics on-site. This full-time role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and requires a strong background in data analytics and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities include optimizing inventory and transportation, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other teams, and driving improvements through analytics and procurement systems. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years in business management or similar.
Experience leading supply chain teams is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MRP operating principles and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning to optimize supply and transportation logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, and Maintenance.
Drive operational excellence using a robust procurement system.
Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers.
Manage vendor contracts for small package, LTL, truckload, and container shipping.
Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
