Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years hands-on industrial engineering experience with leading process-improvement initiatives.
- Proven success in remote work environments using collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of complex IE projects to improve efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies.
- Design, simulate, and optimize production systems, layouts, and workflows.
- Develop process documentation and SOPs for remote execution.
- Collaborate with remote stakeholders across functions to drive project success.
- Mentor junior engineers within a distributed remote team.
