Placements24 seeks a remote Industrial Engineer focused on process optimization to join a global team. Analyze workflows, map processes, and design optimized solutions to drive efficiency across business units.

You’ll work with virtual teams across time zones to implement improvements and measure impact using data analytics. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of experience in process analysis, and strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with emphasis on process analysis and optimization.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with process modeling software (Visio/Lucidchart), simulation tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote analysis of existing processes across business functions to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop detailed process maps, models, and simulation scenarios for evaluation of changes.
• Design and recommend optimized workflows, systems, and procedures to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with remote stakeholders, project managers, and teams to implement improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to measure impact of changes and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present concise reports and recommendations to management.
