Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in mechanical design for automation/robotics.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Expertise in machine design, mechatronics, and control systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead mechanical design of automated machinery, robotic cells, and integrated manufacturing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers.
• Oversee creation of 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct advanced simulations and analyses (FEA, dynamics, kinematics).
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, and software engineering teams for system integration.
• Specify and select motors, actuators, gearboxes, and sensors.
• Define and execute testing and validation plans for subsystems and full solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools and methods.
• Manage project timelines and technical delivery.
