Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Lead Specialist, Continuous Improvement, who will guide process optimization and efficiency for their global operations. This position is 100% remote.

The candidate will lead teams using Lean Six-Sigma and PDCA methodologies to execute multiple continuous improvement projects. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in leading improvement initiatives, with Black Belt certification being preferred.

• Experience leading Lean Six-Sigma and continuous improvement projects is essential.
• Black Belt certification or pursuing it is preferred.

Responsibilities
