ProMach, a leader in packaging equipment, seeks an Industrial Engineer to improve processes from design to execution and drive efficiency with a focus on lead-time and labor reduction. This remote role requires 40–50% travel and close collaboration with the Director of Supply Chain and Product Line Managers.

You will analyze operations, develop findings, and implement improvements across manufacturing and flow-line assembly, supported by ERP systems like SyteLine.

Qualifications

• Design and improve operational processes from design to execution.
• Develop KPIs and tools to monitor efficiencies and costs.
• Plan inventory control and job order procedures to meet demand.

Responsibilities
