Job summary

ECAS is seeking a Lead Generation Intern to identify, research, and qualify potential clients across Maharashtra and beyond, building a robust pipeline for the BD and consulting teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, and consistent data management in CRM/Sheets. No prior experience required, just the right attitude and ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to find accurate information about companies and contacts online.
• Careful and methodical approach to data entry and list building.
• Ability to qualify leads based on defined criteria without shortcuts.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data in spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and build a daily database of potential clients across target industries and cities.
• Identify decision makers founders, directors, and owners using LinkedIn, directories, and online tools.
• Qualify leads based on ICP before passing to the BD team.
• Execute personalised outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp to initiate first contact.
• Maintain and update all lead data accurately in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and log all communication and status updates.
• Support the BD team with research, prospect lists, and background notes before client meetings.
• Track outreach performance daily and report key metrics: responses, opens, replies, and meetings booked.
• Identify new lead sources and suggest improvements to the outreach process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.
