Jobgether SRL is seeking a Coordinator – Lead Generation based in the United States to help build a strong pipeline of driver leads. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospects across phone, email, social media, and chat, and pass qualified candidates to our Driver Recruiters for next steps.

In a fast-paced, remote team, you will manage high volumes, track lead activity, and report on sources and outcomes. A two-year relevant background and excellent communication are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills with the ability to engage creatively and communicate value.
• Proficient with multiple communication channels (phone, email, social, chat) and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with prospective drivers.
• Follow up promptly and consistently on leads from recruitment campaigns.
• Identify, assess, and qualify candidates before transferring suitable leads to recruiters.
