Jobgether SRL is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in the United States. This remote, independent-contractor role leads end-to-end recruitment engagements across diverse specialties and seniority levels, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver a high-touch, consultative experience from intake to placement.

You will build talent pipelines, manage ATS records, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source, screen, and present qualified candidates.

Formación

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches from client intake to placement.
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements, context, qualifications, and timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and deliver defined recruitment services for fractional engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Create or coordinate job postings, review applications, and develop candidate pipelines.
• Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess fit against criteria.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries to clients.
• Coordinate client feedback, interview stages, and offers while respecting client authority.
