Job summary

Produce Your Podcast, a leading podcast growth agency, is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist (Setter) to support the Sales Team. You will prospect for multiple offers and set up consultations for the sellers in a fully remote role.

The position emphasizes growing a strong pipeline, reporting, and optimizing outreach strategies. Ideal candidates are experienced in social selling, autonomous, and comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

1+ years of social selling/prospecting experience with quota achievement.
Ability to reach out to CEOs, CMOs, and senior leaders.
Energetic about prospecting and building pipelines independently.
Consultative prospecting approach with thoughtful questions.
Comfortable working remotely and committing to 15 hours/week.
Strong written and verbal communication; CRM proficiency.
Quickly learn and leverage sales tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, directories, email, etc.).
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Develop targeted outreach messaging and cadences.
Meet or exceed weekly outreach and consultation goals.
Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline health updates.
Track lead source performance and conversion rates.
