The ideal candidate has a strong background in Unreal Engine or Unity, deep C++/C# proficiency, and a track record of shipped titles. This role offers a fully remote environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a Game Programmer with contributions to shipped titles across multiple platforms.
• Proven lead/senior programming experience, mentoring other developers.
• Deep understanding of game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Expertise in C++ and/or C# with strong OO design skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote game programmers.
• Architect, develop, and optimize core game systems (gameplay, AI, physics, networking).
