Placements24 seeks a Lead Gameplay Programmer to architect and implement core gameplay systems for mobile titles. You will lead a team of programmers, mentoring them to deliver polished, performant gameplay across platforms using C++ or C# in Unity or Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• Proven gameplay programming experience with shipped AAA or mobile titles.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or C# and exposure to Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Experience leading and mentoring a programming team.
• Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics, data structures, and OO design.
• Experience with iOS/Android and optimizing for mobile platforms.
• Excellent debugging and collaboration skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of gameplay programmers.
• Architect and implement scalable gameplay systems and features.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to translate concepts into gameplay.
