Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to shape the engineering direction of internal web solutions for US Customer Solutions. You will mentor engineers, own system architecture, and stay hands-on with critical builds and AI-powered features.

Responsibilities include leading design, development, testing, and deployment of modern apps, modernizing legacy systems, and collaborating with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, HCI, or related field.
• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading design and development of production-grade web apps with Flask, React, Next.js.
• Strong SQL design, Postgres performance tuning, and Azure-based services.
• Experience mentoring and developing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead architecture of modern scalable full-stack apps.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to juniors.
• Lead AI-powered feature integration into apps.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align solutions with objectives.
