Job summary

ORR Protection is seeking a Superintendent to work in the field, installing fire alarm and clean-agent/special-hazard suppression systems. This remote-position role is deployed from the associate's home to local Georgia job sites, with a company vehicle provided.

You will lead on site, coordinate with the Project Manager, perform inspections, and ensure clear communications with customers on progress. Expect significant travel (up to 50%), lifting up to 75 lbs, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in service and/or installation of fire alarm or special hazard fire suppression systems.
• Experience reading blue prints; fire alarm programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on job sites, guiding technicians and subcontractors.
• Install fire alarm and suppression systems per codes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to inform customers on progress.
• Complete paperwork for compliance and documentation.
• Respond to emergency service requests.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace system equipment.
• Train customers on system functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.
