Job summary

ORR Protection seeks a Superintendent - Fire Alarm to lead installations of fire alarm and clean agent systems. You’ll supervise technicians and subcontractors on-site, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure quality work and safety.

Must be located in or near Ashburn, VA with potential travel to local sites. Minimum five years’ experience in service/installation is required, with blueprints reading and fire alarm programming experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years' experience in service and/or installation of fire alarm or special hazard systems.
• Experience reading blueprints and fire alarm programming experience.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installations of fire alarm and suppression systems.
• Provide on-site direction to ORR technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on job progress and client needs.
• Complete all required paperwork for compliance and documentation.
• Respond to emergency service requests and perform repairs.
• Provide customer training on system functionality.
