Job summary

Center for Disaster Philanthropy is seeking a Manager of Advisory Services to lead Partner Connect, its disaster intelligence service for funders, and to support broader Advisory Services projects. The role involves coordinating with CDP teams, leading client engagements, and shaping scalable tools and processes.

Remote-first position with travel 2–3 conferences per year and occasional on-site client meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years in consulting, client services, philanthropy, non-profit disaster management or a related field.
• Experience managing client relationships and complex projects in tight timelines.
• Experience advising corporate or private foundations, donor-advised fund sponsors or corporate giving programs.
• Experience owning a product, service line or program, including its quality and its revenue.
• Representation in rooms with senior leaders at foundations and corporations, and ability to lead a client meeting with one or many stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Connect as a product: its roadmap, delivery model, templates and timelines.
• Finish the Partner Connect enhancement work and lead the launch.
• Lead Partner Connect client relationships and regular briefings.
