Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in non-profit/philanthropy with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience building, launching and scaling startups or major initiatives.
• Leadership of remote, multi-location teams and managing multi-million budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and scaling of fundraising across all workstreams.
• Oversee grantmaking frameworks, timelines and reporting.
• Represent REBUILD.US with donors, partners, and movement leaders.
• Establish operational systems, budgets and financial controls.
