Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in Retail Health. You will lead the technology product strategy and execution for core clinical care pathways, including clinical documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and partner with clinical and business leaders to shape scalable, value-based care tech roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and lower costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Track record of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value‑based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships and care model integration to enable safe, efficient outpatient care.
• Direct cross‑functional technology teams to deliver scalable Epic/tech solutions and end‑to‑end care models.
• Oversee end‑to-end technology design, requirements translation, and integration with external data sources and Epic workflows.
