Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management to define the technology strategy and end-to-end execution for value-based care programs, including Compass Rose initiatives. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary technology teams to build seamless, end-to-end clinical technology pathways that reduce medical costs while driving patient experience and outcomes.
Oversee the transformation of broad clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements, actionable product specifications, and robust Epic/technology architectures.
Accountable for end-to-end technology design, translation into technical requirements, and owning product roadmap and backlogs with transparency to HCD leadership.
Ensure smooth integration between external data sources (claims data, remote monitoring, health plan feeds) and internal Epic workflows to provide real-time insights.
