Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. You will shape technology strategy and end-to-end roadmaps for chronic condition programs, coordinating with Epic workflows to enable safe, high-quality outpatient care and a delightful patient experience.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists and designers, driving value-based care initiatives, integration of external data sources,

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care orgs.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships to integrate care models and reduce administrative burden.
Translate clinical vision into scalable Epic/tech roadmaps and architectures.
Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and product roadmaps with transparency to leadership.
Ensure real-time insights by integrating external data with Epic workflows.
