Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management to steer technology product strategy and end-to-end execution for chronic care programs, including Compass Rose initiatives, in collaboration with clinical and operations leaders.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team—product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers—to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps, ensuring safe, high-quality outpatient care,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
Experience partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics or value-based care entities.

Responsibilities

Strategic partnership with care model leaders to execute efficient outpatient care delivery.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology paths and Epic integration.
Own product roadmaps, backlogs and functional priorities for CVS HCD initiatives.
Establish metrics tying technology to clinical quality, patient experience, and cost outcomes.
