CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management to steer technology strategy and end-to-end execution. You will coordinate with Epic and other platforms to shape scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes, safety, and cost.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsabilidades

Lead multidisciplinary technology teams to build seamless, end-to-end clinical technology pathways that reduce medical costs, while driving patient experience and outcomes.
Oversee transformation of broad clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements, actionable product specifications, and robust Epic/technology architectures.
Accountable for end-to-end technology design, translation into technical requirements, and technology build. Own product roadmap, backlogs, and transparency with leadership.
Ensure smooth integration between external data sources (e.g., claims data, remote monitoring, health plan feeds) and internal Epic workflows to provide real-time, actionable insights.
