Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management to shape end-to-end technology roadmaps, partner with clinical and business leaders, and drive value-based care initiatives with Epic as a core platform.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists and UI/UX designers to translate clinical vision into scalable technology, improve patient outcomes, and reduce medical costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology product management.
- Proven track record partnering with care networks to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership with executive stakeholders to define care model strategy and execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technology pathways and Epic integrations.
- Own product roadmaps, backlogs, and ensure transparency with CVS HCD technology leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and measurement of clinical quality, patient experience, and cost outcomes.
