• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations and clinical technology.
• Proven track record with Epic Implementation and enterprise EHR projects.

• Own product roadmap, backlogs, and Epic/technology architectures.
