CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. The role leads the technology product strategy and end-to-end execution for chronic condition programs, coordinating with Epic and other technology domains to enable safe, high-quality outpatient care.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team and translate clinical visions into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs, with a focus on value-based care models and integrated data

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value‑based care programs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to shape end-to-end care models and reduce administrative burden.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and backlog management across Epic and other platforms.
• Ensure seamless data integration between external sources and Epic workflows to deliver real-time insights.
