Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. You will define technology strategy and drive end-to-end execution coordinating with Epic, Clinical Operations, and business leaders to enable safe, high-quality outpatient care and cost efficiency.

You will lead a cross-functional team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical visions into scalable roadmaps and actionable technology

Qualifications

Executive presence to influence senior executives and frontline teams.
Hands-on Epic EHR workflows experience and translating requirements to Epic build.
Deep knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service delivery, plus clinical operations.
Proven track record leading cross-functional tech teams to deliver scalable clinical interventions.
Strong analytical and accountability mindset with structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to implement safe, efficient outpatient care models.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical vision into tech roadmaps and Epic architectures.
Own product roadmap, backlog, and ensure transparent communication with executives and stakeholders.
Ensure seamless integration of external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
