Qualifications

Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and translating requirements into Epic builds.
Deep familiarity with healthcare operations, QI, VBC and FFS dynamics.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver tech-enabled clinical interventions.

Responsibilities

Partner with clinical and business leaders to define care model strategy and technology solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to translate ideas into roadmaps, requirements, and architectures.
