Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. The role leads technology strategy and end-to-end execution for chronic condition programs, coordinating Epic-enabled workflows and data integrations across clinical and operational domains.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps, with focus on safety,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership in healthcare tech product management and Epic implementation.
- Experience partnering with primary care networks and retail clinics to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.
- Strong communication with executive stakeholders and frontline teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
- Translate clinical ideas into Epic build specifications and architectures.
- Own product roadmap, backlogs, and ensure transparency with leadership.
- Ensure real-time insights by integrating external data with Epic workflows.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, and accountability.
