Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Lead Operations Demand Planning Analyst to drive data‑driven demand forecasting and synchronized supply chain operations. You will forecast using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models, guiding inventory and production planning.

You will collaborate with managers across the organization and with vendors to ensure plans align with business priorities and capacity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis.
• Experience coordinating with internal managers and external vendors to align demand with capacity and performance.
• Experience with ERP/system implementations (NetSuite, Anaplan) and sunsetting legacy tools.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills using ERP/planning systems.
• Experience with vendor management and capacity negotiations.
• Ability to cross-train and develop team members on core analysis tasks.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and find cost savings opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills translating data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends to guide inventory and production planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Assess and manage supply chain capabilities and coordinate with vendors on lead times and capacity.
• Support implementation and sunsetting of planning tools like NetSuite and Anaplan; transition of legacy BI tools.
• Cross-train team members on analysis activities and reporting to ensure knowledge continuity.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive cost savings through process improvements.
