Who We Are

Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization founded by educators in 2007. As a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, we believe all students deserve access to meaningful, challenging content—and all teachers deserve tools that are intuitive, effective, and built for the realities of today’s classrooms.

We develop high-quality, knowledge-rich math, science and ELA curricula grounded in research and designed in collaboration with educators. Our materials reflect real classroom needs and are built to drive lasting student outcomes.

We are committed to usability, coherence, and practical implementation—supporting teachers not just through curriculum, but with professional learning, purposeful technology, and responsive service that enable strong adoption and impact.

What We Build

Our products—Eureka Math and Eureka Math², Wit & Wisdom, Geodes, and the newly launched Arts & Letters ELA—are trusted by thousands of schools and districts nationwide.

  • Eureka Math is the most widely used math curriculum in the U.S., and is focused on balancing conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application.

  • Wit & Wisdom® and Arts & Letters ELA™ anchor our reading strategy with content‑rich, grade‑level instruction that integrates literature, history, and the arts, grounded in the science of reading. Geodes® complements our reading suite with decodable texts that pair phonics with meaningful content to support early literacy.

These programs reflect a shared belief in high expectations, joyful rigor, and deep respect for educators and students.

Where We’re Headed

Great Minds is entering a new stage of growth and product maturity. We are focused on building more connected, customer‑informed experiences across the full educator journey—from curriculum to professional learning to platform and support.

Our long‑term vision is to become a true partner in impact—not just delivering curriculum, but supporting educators in achieving outcomes at scale.

Job Purpose

The Lead Operations Demand Planning Analyst is a data‑driven planning role responsible for keeping inventory, production, and supply chain operations in sync through accurate demand forecasting and cross‑functional collaboration. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, A&P, this role will support demand forecasting and planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, production alignment, and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and managers across the organization to align demand forecasts with business goals

  • Assess and manage supply chain capabilities and capacity; coordinate with vendors and suppliers on lead times, capacity planning, and performance to ensure demand plans are executable.

  • Provide bandwidth and support for the implementation of NetSuite and Anaplan, and lead the sunsetting and transition of Intacct and the proprietary BI demand planning tool.

  • Crosstrain team members on core analysis activities and specialized reporting to ensure continuity of knowledge and process.

  • Manage risks associated with system transitions and ongoing operations and identify and capture cost savings opportunities.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis, with a demonstrated ability to structure and lead complex analyses independently, from ambiguous problem through actionable recommendation

  • Proven track record working directly with internal managers and leadership to align demand plans with business priorities, and with external vendors and suppliers to resolve capacity constraints and performance issues

  • Experience supporting or leading ERP/system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan) and system transitions/sunsetting (e.g., Intacct, legacy or proprietary BI tools), with the bandwidth to manage these alongside core planning responsibilities

  • Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills (Excel, ERP/planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Experience with vendor management, including performance tracking and capacity negotiations

  • Ability to cross‑train and develop team members on core analysis activities and specialized reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate operational and project risks, and to identify and capture cost savings opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans for managers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
