Job summary

TopDog Law is a fast-growing, fully remote personal injury firm. This role owns the data integrity and reconciliation layer, coordinating with external partners to ensure accurate lead and case data in Salesforce while driving timely document collection.

You’ll lead a small team, set priorities, coach directly, and own the data quality. You’ll report to executives with data-driven updates and push for process improvements to hit aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations, data reconciliation, or roles emphasizing accuracy with partner coordination.
• Experience managing a team and driving accountability beyond supervision.
• Strong project management: sequencing work, tracking status, meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional numerical discipline: two sources must reconcile to be accepted.
• Comfort presenting numbers and status directly to executives, unscripted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lead and case data from external partners is collected, reviewed, and reconciled into Salesforce on time.
• Define and enforce what “reconciled” means and hold the team to it.
• Be the internal expert on partner data flows and be the go-to person for data discrepancies.
• Drive document collection from external partners against defined targets and deadlines.
• Lead the team with priority setting, accountability, and real-time coaching.
• Manage recurring monthly work like a project, with hard deadlines and status updates.
• Communicate state of play to executives with data-backed recommendations.
