Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationally scaling personal injury firm seeking a data integrity and reconciliation lead. You will own the flow of lead and case data from external partners into Salesforce, setting standards for reconciliation and driving accurate, timely data across the organization.

You will manage a small team, drive document collection against targets, and maintain tight control of timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations, data reconciliation, or a role with partner-facing coordination.
• Has led a team, set expectations, and conducted accountability conversations.
• Strong project management, ability to sequence work and meet deadlines.
• Obsessive about numbers and cross-checking data from multiple sources.
• Confident presenting numbers and status directly to executives, unscripted.
• Wants to own a function and drive excellence, not just maintain it.
• Experience holding external partners accountable for data or deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity by reconciling lead and case data from external partners into Salesforce.
• Define reconciled standards and ensure timely, accurate data handling.
• Be the internal expert on how partner data flows and resolves discrepancies.
• Track pending and aging cases to prevent misses against thresholds.
• Drive document collection from external partners against targets and deadlines.
• Hold partners accountable and solve non-responsiveness without excuses.
• Lead the team with weekly prioritization and clear expectations.
• Coach and have accountability conversations when performance dips.
• Manage the function like a project with hard deadlines and status visibility.
• Communicate status at executive level with data-backed recommendations.
