Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. leads the Retail Digital Innovation & Insights Group to translate leadership questions into actionable analytics and trusted insights. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, operational execution, and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with BI developers, data engineering, and business teams to manage demand, deliver dashboards, and mentor analysts in analytics and storytelling.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
Strong SQL skills and experience with governed data warehouses.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point person for retail leadership data requests and deliver outputs.
Translate business questions into analytical plans, data requirements, success measures, and outputs.
Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis on retail performance, producer productivity, and revenue.
Create narratives, visual summaries, and recommendations for leaders.
Partner with BI, data engineering, and data product teams for accuracy.
Mentor analysts on analytical approach, storytelling, and QA practices.
