HireArt is seeking an experienced US Partnerships Counsel to serve as the lead legal advisor for tech partnerships and ecosystem strategies. In this role, you'll manage, negotiate, and structure a variety of partnership agreements while developing scalable legal frameworks for long-term growth.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of legal experience, an active license in at least one US jurisdiction, and expertise in negotiating tech partnership agreements. This project-based role is fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates.

Applicants should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts, ideally with background in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in tech commercial and partnership counseling.
• Active license in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Experience negotiating strategic tech partnership agreements.
