Job summary

Biztech Lawyers seeks a seasoned Partner to lead our US practice in a remote-first environment. You will work closely with the Managing Director – Americas, handling client-facing responsibilities and guiding sophisticated tech ventures through corporate, regulatory and strategic matters.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PQE as a US-qualified lawyer with deep experience in corporate, commercial, cyber & data privacy, IP, or financing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PQE as a US-qualified lawyer/attorney.
• Generalist with deep expertise in corporate, commercial, cyber & data privacy, IP, or financing for tech clients.
• Dual qualification in another jurisdiction is a nice‑to‑have; experience from top external firms or in-house roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our US practice in a remote-first environment.
• Advise investors, entrepreneurs and technology businesses on corporate transactions, M&A, regulatory compliance, venture capital, debt financing and complex commercial agreements.
• Drive business development for the firm in the US, leveraging your network and startup ecosystem involvement.
• Mentor and grow a team of talented lawyers servicing core tech-focused solutions.
• Find pragmatic, innovative solutions to client challenges and act as an external General Counsel for select clients.
