Job summary

Remote is seeking a Managing Counsel, Employment Legal (US) to oversee complex employment matters across jurisdictions within our global tech ecosystem.

You will advise across the employee lifecycle, influence cross-functional teams, and help scale legal support for Remote’s operations worldwide.

US-qualified attorney with strong cross-border experience and comfort with tech/HR products is preferred; remote-friendly, AMER-focused role.

Qualifications

• US-qualified lawyer with solid experience in employment law across jurisdictions.
• Experience advising on both advisory and contentious matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to lead complex internal and external employee matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions for internal and external employees.
• Lead on complex advisory and contentious employment matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify company-wide legal issues and implement scalable solutions with stakeholders.
