Job summary

Global Technology Powerhouse is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal workstream on complex, multi-country technology transactions from inception to execution. You will work closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Delivery teams to structure and close sophisticated deals, balancing business objectives with risk management.

The ideal candidate is a US-qualified lawyer with 12+ years of experience in technology transactions, ideally from a global IT services or telecom environment,

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience leading complex technology transactions.
• US-qualified lawyer with strong track record in enterprise technology deals.
• Experience advising on hardware, software and technology-enabled services.
• Ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and lead the legal workstream on multi-country technology transactions.
• Structure, negotiate and close sophisticated enterprise technology deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Delivery teams.
• Provide practical legal and regulatory risk guidance across global tech operations.
• Support new service development, AI governance, and broader regulatory issues.
