You will handle a broad range of commercial, business development, and transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements, loan sale agreements, and servicing agreements in a digital-first fintech environment.

• 7+ years of transactional legal experience (law firm or in-house).
• Experience in B2B SaaS and regulated financial services environments.
