Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Business Technology Senior Manager for Core Banking & Platform Portfolio Management. You will lead a cross-functional delivery team, own end-to-end platform delivery, and drive modernization across core banking platforms and integrations.

You will partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Security to ensure resilient, scalable systems. The role demands strategic leadership, strong governance, and a production-oriented mindset, with responsibility for releases, cutovers,

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering and operating core banking technology
• Experience leading technology teams (engineering, data and/or integration)
• Delivery of integrated vendor and/or internally built trading/portfolio platforms
• Governing agile/waterfall delivery, testing strategy, releases and environments
• Partner with Risk, Compliance and Security to deliver controls and remediation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and external technology professionals
• Own end-to-end delivery and production ownership for portfolio platforms
• Establish delivery governance and align with Product Management
• Lead platform modernization, integration and API strategy
• Oversee architecture, integrations, data lineage and quality across core banking processes
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and software cost within financial plan
• Drive reliability, performance, and incident/problem management
