Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Content Strategist to orchestrate large-scale Sitecore content migrations and to design AI-ready content models for scalable growth.

You will partner with design vendors and client teams to assess, rationalize, and migrate content across platforms, ensuring future-ready experiences. You will lead migration planning, define metadata standards, and map legacy assets to future-state architectures while guiding cross-functional stakeholders and multiple vendors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CMS migration projects with migration planning expertise.
• Strong content strategy background with ability to assess large content inventories.
• Experience mapping legacy systems to future-state architectures and information structures.
• Client-facing skills for leading content performance discussions and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Understanding of content operations and scalable content framework design.
• Sitecore or other CMS migration experience required.
• Contract through end of December 2026; extension possible but not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Own migration planning including content assessment and rationalization.
• Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs to future-state structures and information architecture.
• Partner with design vendors to influence design choices and capture edge cases.
• Define reusable content types, metadata standards, and modular content frameworks.
• Facilitate content inventory decisions with client stakeholders.
• Develop migration sequencing strategies and cutover readiness plans.
