Job summary

Alto Neuroscience, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Clinical Science & Site Education to lead a team delivering education to clinical trial sites, covering protocols, indications, rating scales, and mechanism-of-action.

You will ensure scientific rationale, endpoints, eligibility criteria, and safety concepts are understood, while upholding GCP and data integrity. This role blends site engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning, with remote work and about 50%

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences and 5+ years in psychiatric clinical care or related fields.
Experience leading and developing a team of educators.
Experience training investigators and site staff in interventional trials.
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Clinical Science & Site Educators; set priorities and oversee day-to-day activities.
Oversee protocol and education training for investigators and site staff; ensure understanding of endpoints and safety.
Maintain site engagement to identify knowledge gaps and support recruitment through education.
Partner with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Data Management and Alto teams to align messaging.
Drive continuous improvement of site education tools and materials.
Travel ~50% and manage remote work arrangements.
