Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRO/biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with on‑site or remote monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned investigative sites as per protocols and regulations.
• Perform site management and liaise with investigator and staff.
• Conduct Site Evaluation, Initiation, Monitoring, and Close‑out visits.
• Manage site progress, regulatory submissions, and data query resolution.
• Train site staff on investigational product compliance.

Skills

Experience monitoring clinical trials with rater‑administered measures

Experience with CNS

Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) credentialing

Proactive in identifying areas of improvement

Knowledge of GCP and ICH‑E6

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency with CTMS, EDC, eTMF, MS Office

Ability to work closely with cross‑functional colleagues

Education

BS in scientific discipline or pharmacy, RN, or BSN
