Job summary

Alto Neuroscience, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Clinical Science & Site Educator to lead a team delivering scientific and protocol education to clinical trial sites.

You will oversee day-to-day site education, support development, and act as a primary liaison across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and investigational sites. You will oversee protocol training, site materials, and ongoing scientific support while reinforcing GCP, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, GCP, and site operations.
• Experience supporting clinical trial recruitment and patient identification.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Site Educators.
• Oversee protocol and training materials development and maintenance.
• Engage with sites to understand needs and address barriers to enrollment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and other Alto teams.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, protocol adherence, and data integrity.
• Support investigator meetings, SIVs, and refresher trainings.
