Required qualifications include an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or related), 5+ years in psychiatric clinical care or research, strong understanding of clinical trial design, GCP, and site operations, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred skills include CNS experience, prior site training or clinical education roles, and familiarity with virtual training platforms.
The position entails approximately 50% travel, requires the ability to support virtual and in-person training, and reports to senior leadership.
