Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and drive retrospective analyses from experiments to CAC performance.

You will be embedded with the business from day one, ensuring dashboards are used and understood, not just delivered, and grow into a proactive analytical partner who helps the team

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Ownership of reporting, standardization, and driving adoption across teams.
• Experience in performance marketing analytics and optimization, linking data to business metrics.
• Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau).
• Curiosity and strong business depth to become a trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and retrospective analyses.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on, not just delivered.
• Drive standardization and look for data-driven improvements across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC.
