Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Lead Analyst, Technical Implementation to support HL7 interfaces via Epic Bridges. You will work with Product and Interface Engineering to scope, engineer, test, and support interfaces across client revenue cycle systems and our data platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, expertise in HL7/X12/FHIR/JSON, and Azure experience. This is a remote role with travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an aligned role.
• Working knowledge of Healthcare Interoperability Protocols & Frameworks: HL7 v2/v3, X12, FHIR, JSON, etc.
• 5+ years of experience working with Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience maintaining and optimizing back-end processes.
• Data profiling, transformation and validation experience.
• Expert working knowledge of DBMS.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills; able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and document integrations to and from client revenue cycle systems and the Ensemble Health Partners Data platforms.
• Develop and implement these HL7/EDI interfaces and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Healthcare Interoperability Protocols & Frameworks: HL7 v2/v3, X12, FHIR, JSON, etc.
• Ability to participate in multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
• Ability to perform workflow analysis and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
