Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Healthcare IT interface specialist to support Epic Bridges interfaces in a remote capacity across the United States. The role requires expertise with HL7 standards, and hands-on experience with interface engines such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, or Mirth.

Qualifications

Epic Bridges Certification is mandatory.
4–8+ years of healthcare IT/EHR interface support.
Strong knowledge of HL7 standards and healthcare interfaces.
Experience with Epic production environments and HL7 messaging.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

Own complex and recurring production issues.
Perform advanced root-cause analysis.
Identify systemic issues and recommend permanent fixes.
Lead technical troubleshooting during major incidents.
Mentor L2 analysts.
Review and approve technical solutions and interface changes.
Partner with architecture/application teams for complex integration issues.
