Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an Epic Bridges Analyst to support healthcare interface and API initiatives with Epic EHR in a remote setting.

You will collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver integration solutions, maintain interfaces, and assist with testing and implementation activities. Qualifications include 1+ year experience with HL7 interfaces and APIs, Cloverleaf/ESB engines, and Epic Bridges certification along with a FHIR badge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7) and APIs.
• Experience with integration engines such as Cloverleaf or ESB.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across initiatives.
• Provide production support and maintenance for existing Epic integrations.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver solutions.
• Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities.
• Manage backlog items and maintain service responsiveness.
