Maximus seeks a Lead Analyst, Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win to translate market insights into winning proposals. You will lead CI and pricing analyses across bids, shaping strategy and driving growth.

This fully remote role requires strong Excel skills and expertise in bid strategy and market benchmarks. Join Maximus to influence proposals, collaborate with business development and finance, and contribute to a culture of rigorous analytics and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong background in competitive intelligence, pricing research, and bid strategy.
• Advanced Excel and analytical documentation skills are highly desired.

Mansioni

• Lead competitive intelligence and PTW activities for pre-bid and active bid opportunities, including competitive environment, customer, top-down, bottom-up analyses.
• Develop integrated PTW hypotheses using customer intelligence, competitor posture, incumbent performance, procurement signals, and market benchmarks.
• Design and oversee bid-specific competitive pricing databases, models, worksheets, and quality review routines.
• Evaluate pricing scenarios, sensitivity ranges, competitor likely behaviors, customer value drivers, and risk tradeoffs to support bid decisions.
• Lead portions of pre-bid and RFP analysis, identifying risks, avoidance strategies, mitigation options, and pricing implications with Business Development.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to capture, pricing, finance, proposal, and leadership audiences.
• Facilitate PTW inputs into strategy sessions and proposal team alignment discussions.
